Nodum is a Mexican BIM-native project and construction management firm—and the team behind Nextcon, the in-house platform that runs its own projects. Nextcon links the coordinated Revit and Navisworks model to quantity takeoff, budget, subcontracts, and cost control; tracks planned vs. actual progress against the model; and brings 360° field evidence and geofenced site attendance into one place. Reports are generated straight from the model, so the weekly update is the model itself, not a re-typed summary. It runs on top of the Autodesk stack (ACC, Revit, Navisworks), extending it into the field and into operations rather than replacing it. The record: 116+ delivered projects, 3M+ m² modeled, 450,000+ m² managed, 300,000+ hours on site with zero accidents. For owners, that means scope, cost, and schedule decisions from real-time data—and, at handover, an as-built record they can keep operating from, not a stack of PDFs.
