In fast-paced digital project delivery, timely communication and clear accountability across teams are fundamental to effective clash resolution. In this Connected Coordination Level 3 lab, we’ll build on the 2025 session to demonstrate how a structured, closed-loop approach to issue management allows you to assign, notify, track, and resolve clashes while maintaining a fully auditable record of every action. In this lab, you’ll learn to pull clash issues directly into their Revit models to visualize conflicts and act to ensure transparency and efficiency among stakeholders. This lab will also build on exporting active clash data and integrating it with Power BI dashboards for real-time insights and better decision making.
